Terms & Conditions
1. General
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) to shop with us. By placing an order on this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders
Once you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. The confirmation includes details of your products, pricing, billing, and delivery information. Please ensure all information is correct—we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery times are 8–15 business days, depending on your location (see our Shipping Policy for details). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

4. Prices & Taxes
All prices are shown in the local currency of your selected store region. Prices include or exclude VAT/sales tax depending on applicable local regulations. Any additional customs duties or import VAT are the responsibility of the customer (see Shipping Policy).
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, misprints, or errors in pricing.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right:

Notify us by email (include name, address, email, order number, and which items you are returning).

Return the items within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the items during return.
We reserve the right to deduct compensation for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature and function.
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made products

Sealed goods (for hygiene reasons) once unsealed

Perishable goods (e.g. food)

Digital products/services once fully delivered
6. Complaints & Defects
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@twigglestuff.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. Include your name, order number, description, and a photo of the issue.
We will repair, replace, or refund defective items in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Return shipping for approved complaints will be covered by us.
We reserve the right to deny complaints if the product is not considered defective under applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure, e.g. strikes, fire, war, natural disasters, pandemics). We are also not responsible for changes made by suppliers or minor product variations (e.g. colors due to screen settings).
8. Product Information
We strive to describe and display products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that images perfectly reflect the product’s actual appearance.

10. Changes

11. Disputes & Governing Law
For EU residents: disputes may be resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We follow decisions from relevant dispute resolution bodies. Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by Swedish law.
