Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the entire shipment (or part of it) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with your right of withdrawal. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal (see section 5.2 of our Terms & Conditions). These exemptions do not apply to the products sold on this website.
Before sending anything back, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included on your shipping label.
Returns & Complaints
For any returns or complaints, contact us by email at info@twigglestuff.com.
Please write “return/complaint” in the subject line and describe the reason for your return or complaint. If the product is defective, include a photo.
Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt and inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Refund Delays
If you have not received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company – posting may take time.

Contact your bank – refunds can take several business days to appear.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
Return Shipping
We will inform you via email where to send your return (after you receive your RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For returns valued at over 500 SEK, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed or refused packages will incur a handling fee of 199 SEK (to cover return shipping and administration). Shipments remain at the pickup point for 14 days before being returned to us. Please note that unclaimed packages do not qualify as valid returns under the right of withdrawal. If you wish to return your purchase, you must first collect the package and then initiate a return.
