Shipping policy
Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery times are usually 8–15 business days, depending on the shipping option chosen and your location. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the next business day. Personalized products may take an additional 2–4 days for handling.
Please note: delivery times are based on business days and exclude weekends and holidays. Special orders may require longer processing.
In rare cases of delays beyond our control (Force Majeure, e.g. pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters), we kindly ask you to allow up to 30 business days before contacting customer service about a missing order. You can always track your shipment with the tracking number provided.
Import VAT & Customs Duty
As some products are shipped directly from our suppliers outside the EU, your order may occasionally be subject to import VAT and/or customs duty. This is not very common, but if you receive a notice to pay, please contact us so we can assist you further.
Customs duty thresholds differ by country:

European Union (EU) – Duties apply on orders over 150 € (VAT may apply on all orders).

United Kingdom (UK) – Duties apply on orders over £135.

United States (US) – Duties apply on orders over $800.

Canada (CA) – Duties apply on orders over CAN$800 (CAN$200 for shorter trips).

Australia (AU) – Local GST and duty rules may apply depending on product value.
For most orders, only import VAT or local sales tax may apply.
